A patient™s pathophysiology
Paper instructions:i. The pathophysiology section should be about 3 pages in length and should address all of the disease processes experienced by the patient, both acute and chronic. This section should include the name of the disease process and some depth about the pathophysiology (including such things as causes, mechanisms, symptoms, reasons for symptoms, treatments, medications “ just mention medications in this section since detail will be provided in the medication table).ii. A plan/nursing management section (about 3 pages) which should integrate the pathophysiology, medications, patient-specific characteristics and the appropriate nursing actions.Analyze the patient™s pathophysiology (major & minor disease processes), current status & assessment findings (vital signs, height, weight, etc.), and other patient-specific characteristics, such as knowledge deficits or psychosocial factors that are pertinent to nursing care of the patient.In the paper: Analyze nursing management, monitoring or other assessment that would indicate satisfactory/unsatisfactory outcomes of the case
